Helping you to get outside and embrace an active lifestyle.
At I Train For, we believe that fitness is more than miles logged or hours at the gym — it’s about experiences, connection, and purpose. Training doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in the early morning quiet, in a crowded 5K, on a trail with friends, or in the shared energy of a community event.
That’s why we created I Train For: to help people discover their “why” and to build the events, programs, and opportunities that make fitness more fun, more meaningful, and more accessible.
Our Story
It started simply: with a love of running and a desire to share it. Organizing our first 5K race showed us how much joy can come from bringing people together to move, laugh, and challenge themselves. From there, we realized that many people had great ideas for fitness events — a trail race, a community hike, a fun run for charity — but didn’t know where to begin. That’s where we come in.
What We Do
Race & Event Creation
We turn ideas into reality. From insurance and registration to course planning, timing, volunteers, and marketing, we handle the details so you can focus on your vision. Whether it’s a 5K through your neighborhood, a charity fun run, or an outdoor fitness challenge, we’ll make sure it comes together seamlessly.Community Building
Fitness thrives on connection. We create spaces where people can meet, move, and motivate each other. From small training groups to large public races, every event we help build is rooted in community spirit.Training & Inspiration
We share stories, resources, and training ideas that encourage people to get outside and try something new. From your first run to your fastest one, we want to keep you inspired along the way.
Why We Do It
Everyone trains for something — health, happiness, adventure, community, or a cause they care about. At I Train For, we exist to celebrate those reasons and to provide the structure, events, and encouragement that help people keep going.
Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about what you train for — it’s about who you become along the way.
